A person can choose to apply the “academic” content to his/her respective situation, or if a person feels he/she lacks the time, knowledge, conviction, etc. to personally implement it, a “done for you” solution exists for almost every step of the blueprint. This means that the same real estate investment opportunities, templates, business opportunities, advisory board, etc. that I have exposure to is available to all clients of the company.
